About John Meechan Training

John Meechan has been a Freelance Training Consultant since 1995 and in that time has worked extensively in England, Scotland, Wales and the Republic of Ireland training people in industries as diverse as steel production, IT, civil engineering, postal services, engineering, leisure, education, car manufacture, glass, market research, care organisations, public and civil service, as well as Management Colleges and other training organisations. However, it is in the Public Sector that John has met greatest success.

A trainer since 1984, and a manager for 10 years prior to that, John has an enormous wealth, and breadth, of experience in the training process from the initial diagnosis of training needs through to the evaluation of learning events. He concentrates on Leadership, Communication, Interpersonal and Equality and Diversity issues.

He can deliver your own standard training packages or he can design exactly the right package to meet your situation. Your needs are never exactly the same as anyone else. John can quickly assimilate your needs and your culture enabling him to deliver just what you need in an entertaining, participative and informative manner. He is a great believer that the best learning takes place in an environment where people are enjoying themselves and strives for such an environment in his training room.
